A little about your hosts

Melissa is an interior designer and real estate expert with a love and knack for discovering those unsung hero properties and breathing new life. A small town girl who fell in love with a Nova Scotian boy and continued to tumble head over feet for the south shore, the ocean air, the views, but most of all the people that make this place home.

Rob is a journalist and a musician from Halifax. His work took him away for a time, but his heart and future was always rooted in Nova Scotia.

Together they started putting down roots, rebuilding, salvaging, and honouring the tradition and history of Feltzen South.

Building a dream together and sharing it with the world hoping others will find the same peace they have here.

Check-in/Check-out Policies

The properties have the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Property and Cancellation Policies

We are happy to offer a full refund providing cancellations are made by 3 p.m. EST twenty one (21) days prior to your arrival.

50% refund provided cancellations are made by 3 p.m. EST fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival.

If a cancellation is not made in accordance with our policy, you will be charged in full for your original booking.

Property Rules

No smoking inside any structures or within 10’ of any structures.
No parties, events or large gatherings of any kind.
All guests on the property must be registered prior to arrival.
No pets
No fires unless approved for date and time on Nova Scotia Burn Safe site
No glass, garbage or loose items left on the beach.
Any damage to the property will be noted at checkout and a bill will be issued with payment method on file charged.

Detailed Pet Policy

Please note, following several onsite incidents we are no longer permitting any dogs on site, the only exception to this new policy will be service dogs. For any dog related inquiries, please contact us.
